PROJECT TERMS S
PAYMENT
A 50% deposit is required to begin the project. The remaining 50% is due after final design approval and before delivery of the final files.
REVISIONS
Each package includes a reasonable number of refinements to the selected concept. Major changes in direction, additional concepts or work outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
PROJECT SCOPE
The agreed price covers the deliverables listed in the selected package. Additional concepts, applications or services requested during the project may require an additional fee.
FINAL FILES
Final approved artwork is delivered digitally in the file formats specified in your package. Editable/source files are included where applicable.
OWNERSHIP & RIGHTS
Upon receipt of full payment, rights to the final approved logo/design are transferred to the client. Unused concepts, sketches and rejected design directions remain the property of designDRUGSTORE.
THIRD-PARTY ASSETS
Any licensed fonts, stock imagery, mockups or other third-party materials remain subject to their respective license terms and are not transferred as original intellectual property.
CANCELLATION
The initial deposit reserves project time and covers work already undertaken. If a project is cancelled after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable.
PROJECT CONFIRMATION
Project scope, price and deliverables will be confirmed by email before work begins. Payment of the initial 50% deposit confirms the project and acceptance of these terms.
By paying the initial deposit, the client confirms acceptance of the agreed project scope, pricing and these Project Terms.
